A roof is usually the first thing to fail and the first thing that has to be closed up. BEK tarps and repairs roofs on emergency call-outs, then rebuilds the structure underneath — trusses, rafters, sheathing and the new roof assembly — as part of the reconstruction.
Because the roof is one trade in a rebuild rather than a separate contract, the sequencing works: framing, roof, dry-in and interior finishes run on one schedule instead of three companies waiting on each other.

- Can BEK tarp my roof tonight?
- Call and we will tell you on that call when a crew can be there. Emergency tarping and dry-in is exactly the kind of work the 24/7 line exists for.
- Does BEK do standalone re-roofs?
- Roofing at BEK is done as part of a construction scope — an emergency response, a rebuild, an addition or an ADU. A roof-only replacement on an otherwise undamaged building is work for a C-39 roofing contractor, and we will point you to one rather than take it.
- Who rebuilds the structure under the roof?
- We do. Trusses, rafters and sheathing are framing work, and framing is one of the trades BEK self-performs. That is why the roof and the structure below it stay on one schedule.
- Will the roof work be documented for my insurance claim?
- Yes. Emergency tarping, the damage underneath and the rebuild are all photographed, and any hidden damage found once the roof is opened is documented as a supplement rather than absorbed quietly.
